Accessibility statement
For the website methodarium.com · Last reviewed October 2026
We want everyone to be able to use this website, whatever device or assistive technology they use. Our target is the international standard WCAG 2.2 at level AA (the web part of EN 301 549).
Status
This website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA. We assessed it ourselves; it has not yet been audited externally.
What we have done
- All pages can be used with the keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a “Skip to content” link.
- Headings, navigation landmarks and the page language are marked up for screen readers.
- If your system is set to reduce motion, the scroll animations are switched off and every section is shown in its final state.
- Text colours meet the WCAG AA contrast ratio.
- The text can be enlarged to 200 % and the layout adapts to small screens.
- No content depends on cookies, pop-ups or time limits.
Known limitations
- The illustrations of the app on the home page are decorative and hidden from screen readers; what they show is also described in the text next to them.
- With motion enabled, some sections are pinned while you scroll and change as you go. This can feel unusual with a screen magnifier; turning on “reduce motion” in your system settings avoids it.
The Methodarium app has its own accessibility work in progress; this statement covers the website.
